Southcentral Foundation is structured to optimize the skills and contributions of employees while meeting the corporate objective of increasing the number of Alaska Native employees in all job categories. SCF looks for opportunities to partner with organizations and learners who are involved professionally or academically in areas that are aligned with the Vision and Mission of Southcentral Foundation and seeking to learn about SCF’s Nuka System of Care. Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting, and training.
