Southcentral Foundation’s Strategic Planning Playbook includes information about how to build, operate, and improve an organization’s strategic planning process. The playbook includes information on beginning the process, defining measures to track, analyzing your current strategic situation, building a strategic planning cycle, different levels of planning and how to use them, evaluation, and more. The information in the playbook comes from SCF subject matter experts who were part of building SCF’s current strategic planning process and who have decades of experience in planning and improvement.
